Summer Solstice – the longest day of the year – was technically yesterday. But yesterday we were busy enjoying the day at Chena Hot Springs. That's about an hour outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. (I love the photo above because it looks like the ducks were chatting while walking to "work"!) We came up here to for a little vacation because in Fairbanks, sunset was at 12:27 a.m. and sunrise was 2:59 a.m. Pretty cool, right?
