Big, Soft, Chewy Cookies

It was a marathon baking session tonight!  These are Oatmeal, Coconut, White Chocolate Chip, Cranberry cookies. 
I had a co-worker years ago that loved to have one of these for breakfast with a glass of milk.  🙂

Next up were the Chocolate, Chocolate Chip cookies.  This is the batter before the Chocolate Chips are mixed in.  Looks like a chocolate mountain range!

They're also really good with Mint Chocolate Chips.

I think I bought it when it came out in 1991.  Aside from the great recipes, the tips alone made me a better baker.  I found this 2003 version on Amazon.  It's got a different cover, but other than that I'm not sure how much has been revised.  I'm sure it would be worth a look!
