With as much snow as we've got here, you might think I'd want to head somewhere warm, right? But in February I turn 40 years old and I want to do something really special. I had a BIG {Europe} trip planned, but it didn't quite come together. Now I’m looking for something more medium sized but still wonderful. I may have found just the thing: the Art Nest Retreat.
Art Nest 2009 starts right on my birthday. It’s three days of making art, learning new techniques & making new friends with a group of like-minded women that will come together at a beautiful lodge in Utah. How fun does that sound? I feel like I should be saving my pennies for other priorities in the coming year. But I also see this as a potential investment in myself and in my dreams. I don’t know exactly where I’m headed creatively, but if I look back at my journey I’m reminded that you only have to see one step ahead and trust in what the future will bring.
I hope there are still spots available by the time I make up my mind! ♥
