First, I’d like to announce that the recently finished Girls and Pins are officially available in the shop!
I’ve mostly been busy today with the new series of girls. But since I want to show them as a group when they’re all done – I almost had nothing to post today! So out came the back-up hard drive and I found some photos I made last winter. I really got on a kick of shooting these wonderful Stargazer Lilies – which look much cooler once they’re past their prime (aka – dead!). This one – which looks like two photos sandwiched together, but is really just one frame – came out very yin/yang, but totally on accident.:
I was actually just trying to shoot the one closest to the light with the metal background…
A happy accident I guess. (oh….which reminds me of the movie by the same name which is really wonderful and strange!)
