Cloth & Clay Owl
Wellll….I tried making him a Snowy Owl. Then tried purples & blues. But I guess he just wanted to be a more traditional little Barn Owl. :) I'm waiting for the base layers of paint to dry, then I'll add some details and he'll be ready to fly. Or ready to perch rather. Check back

Mushrooms in Multiples

Easter Delivery
Preparing some little Easter goodies for my co-workers. These were so fun and simple to put together! I started with the muslin gift bags from Flirtdeux shop on Etsy. Then just tucked in a bit of pale pink paper Easter grass and a chocolate bunny. The tags are made from images downloaded from Vintage Images

Paper Egg
Ok, not entirely paper. It's actually a plastic egg, but covered with sheet music. Kind of gives a paper mache effect, right? After covering the egg (using mat gel medium for the adhesive) I went around the opening with an exacto blade so it can still be opened. Just big enough to hide this chick
