Pocket Full of Posies
I just love photographing flowers and particularly enjoyed this display at the Alaska State Fair last weekend. The image above came out looking like it had been shot with studio lighting – pretty! That one is going in a frame on my wall. Here's what some of the full displays looked like:

Beluga Point
Beautiful, isn't it? Took a drive tonight and ended up watching the sunset at Beluga Point. While I was there, I took a walk around and was able to find several rocks for a project that I've been wanting to try. If it turns out as hoped, I'll post a photo and explanation. The cool

April showers?
Isn’t it suppose to be raining this time of year…bringing May flowers and all that? What’s with the snow?! Yesterday we had a totally unusual (for April 25th) snow storm that left us with about 15+ inches on the ground. Very pretty, but so much for getting the bicycles out this weekend! š

I’m pleased to announce that starting Saturday, Nov. 10th – all 6×6" photo cards in my shop will be Buy One, Get One Free! The sale will only last for a limited time (possibly just through midnight on Monday). I’ll have some new prints and holiday card sets listed this weekend as well. Iām especially
