My friend had a crafty valentine's party today, which kicked me out of my creative lull. It wasn't for lack of inspiration that I haven't been making things–but because I injured my back a few weeks ago! In fact, I had to cancel the art show I'd been scheduled to hang for February. Sad! Having been blessed with very good health all my life, this back issue has been a humbling experience. I'm on the mend though and was so happy to attend Meg's party today. This is my little 4" round embroidery project. Her hair is all done in french knots…
I can never remember how to do french knots…I always have to consult a book for instructions. But now that I've done so many I might never forget again. 🙂
