We put up a clothesline a couple days ago, which I'm really loving. It's strung on a pulley between the house and the chicken coop. I like seeing the laundry blowing in the breeze and the quiet task of hanging each piece. When the rain came out though, it was nice to have the dryer as a back up. 🙂
Other than that, I've been busy creating a new art space for myself so the house is in complete disarray! Lots of painting, rearranging, testing new storage ideas and quite a bit of time spent standing in the middle of it all just looking & thinking. It's slowly coming together though and I think it's going to be so much better than what I had. It was so bad that I didn't even take "before" photos!

i LOVE the idea of hanging clothes out to dry- i remember my grandmother use to do that. things are so crisp that way!
i might figure out a way to do that- it’s certainly that time of the year- with the sun and triple digit temps my stuff might dry faster outside than in the dryer!! 🙂
