Three

You wouldn't know it to look at them, but one of these things is going to be an owl.  The other two ~ maybe a mouse and…?  Don't know yet.  Maybe a squirrel. 

I always have a zillion different projects in the works at any given time.  But I usually don't start several things at the same time like this.  I was inspired by Mati Rose's recent post ~ it looked so fun to get a few things started all at once and just go!  The other thing that rang true from her post is that I too am supposed to be painting for an upcoming show.  I was invited to be part of a group thing in August & the physical space that has to be filled is just enormous compared to the small-ish work I normally do.  I know I'll get everything done but I just had to make an owl first.  :)  I'm one of those people who believes that I do my best work by procrastinating my way into a tight deadline.  Are you like that too or does that habit drive you nuts?
