Works in Progress

The girls always look so creepy at this stage ~ no eyes!  I've got to
wait a day or so for the oil paints to really dry so I can finish the
faces the way I like to.   I started this girl today when my friend came over for an art-afternoon.  It was fun to have company while crafting.  :) 

The girl below was started last night.  It's either the same girl in a different pose or, maybe they're sisters.

Hope you had a great weekend.  Can you believe it's November already?!  Despite early snow on the mountains, we just today had our first real snow in Anchorage.  That's very late for us.  It was nice to have fall stick around for a bit longer this year, but the snow is so pretty.  It reflects the light and gives everything a nice glow.  ♥
