From fluff to square
I was pretty happy with how this little "gift box" came out. I wasn’t sure it would be possible to make corners out of wool roving, but it worked! Expect to see a lot more of these – hopefully posted on my poor, neglected shop very soon. After the holiday break, it feels good to

eek -a mouse!
He came out looking more like a Rat – which was ok since we just watched & loved Ratatouille!

Snowpeople
This was my second needle felting project. I thought about giving them faces, hats, arms…but I decided that I like them kind of basic like this. They’re about 4" tall.

Taking a stab at a tree…
I may have been drawn into Needle Felting as much by the beautiful raw materials as I was by the oh-so-cute finished products. The wool roving, or "fluff" as I like to call it, comes in every luscious color you can imagine. Aside from the Fluff, all you need is a few specially barbed needles

Bears! Oh My!
Ok, it’s just one bear and it’s a cookie.

Butter & Sugar
The basics of any good cookie! I’m only making the dough tonight. Tomorrow, I bake up a huge batch of sugar cookies to decorate with friends. I also wanted to share this great resource: The Switchboards is a non-profit organization founded in March 2004 to support and publicize creative women in business through the use

The lesser-known December holiday
No, it’s not "Festivus". Today is my friend’s birthday! Although she would prefer nobody know that. So I won’t name names. But I didn’t want to let the day slip by without notice.
